1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for and using Kasnex, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be old enough to form a binding legal agreement in your jurisdiction to sign up. One account represents one business/store. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, including staff accounts you invite.
3. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Kasnex to run your own business operations. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell this service to others as your own offering.
4. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter (prices, stock, customer data, and so on) and for your use of Kasnex complying with applicable law in your jurisdiction, including your own business's tax obligations.
5. Your Data
The business data you enter into Kasnex remains entirely yours. We provide a system to store and manage it, not a claim of ownership over it.
6. Service Availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted operation at all times. Kasnex's point-of-sale app supports offline mode so transactions can still be processed when your internet connection drops.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kasnex is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service.
8. Termination
You may stop using Kasnex at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or is used for unlawful purposes, with notice where practicable.
9. Changes to the Service & Terms
We may update features or terms of service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or your registered email.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
